i am a slow worker and lose motivation very quickly, please be patient if you choose to commission me. it’s not always as simple as finding spare time with me, i have to take my time in order to complete the work properly and so it’s acceptable to myself and the buyer! turn around time is 1 week to 1 month.

payment for commissions must be sent before i start coloring. character sales/adopts are upfront only.

you must have a toyhouse account to get any kind of commission from me or own my designs. you may not remove my designs/art from toyhouse for any reason.

if a commissioner ghosts me after starting their work, i have the right to repurpose, alter and use the art started however i see fit.

a commissioner should always critique me as i show them progress of their commission if there’s something they want changed! however, if they are to become overbearingly rude, impatient, or picky with me after the commission is nearly finished, i reserve the right to stop working on it and keep whatever payment i’ve already received, according to how much work has been put into it.

i reserve the right to refuse my services to anyone i do not want to work with.

under no circumstances may you remove my designs from toyhouse. this includes selling or trading a character to someone without a toyhouse; please assist the person in getting a toyhouse account to transfer the character to, or contact me so i can.

you may never buy a design from me (created by me) and sell it for more than you purchased it for without adding any artwork.

my designs can be altered slightly or redesigned, but do not remove or delete the original concept, nor my credit from the profile. instead, please create a tab connected to the profile for the original design and keep it there.

without my permission, do not edit my art, whether it be commissioned, or something that came with a character you own (excluding altering my designs with the condition of keeping the original file) and never remove my credit from it.

do not resell my bases. it doesn’t matter if you’ve altered them, or added on accessories; if you buy my bases, they are only for you to use. in no way do you own them or have a right to profit off of them outside of creating designs on them.

bases that are purchased from me do not count as artwork to a character which was not designed on that base. do not treat it as you would adding personal art or commissions to a character’s value.

i will not transfer a character or artwork over toyhouse until i’ve received a full payment for it. i do not accept payment plans and the buyer must already be in possession of the money that’s owed when they decide to purchase from me.

begging for a character i have for sale or trade will not be tolerated. if i’m tentative about parting with a design i own, or i simply am not interested in anything you have to offer, i have the right to refuse.

offering on characters i have that are not for offers will have consequences, especially if it’s done repeatedly. the folders on my toyhouse all have descriptions stating the status of the characters in them. if a character is not listed as for sale or trade, DO NOT offer on them unless the folder says it’s okay. repeated actions will result in a block.
